Had my drive belt / tensioner pulley replaced here, but as soon as I got back home I saw that my car was steaming under the hood because it was spewing coolant from the radiator. The radiator has a crack near the top just below the hose now. Mind you, the radiator was perfectly fine before. I called the shop and they claimed to have nothing to do with the damage. Really? Again, this was fine before. The person I spoke with then claimed they didn't touch the radiator or hoses, but then stated he didn't work on my car. So how could you know what was / wasn't touched? The car is undrivable right now because of how much coolant is lost when it turns on. They refused to take ownership and now I'm left with an even bigger problem than when I left. Lazy and careless on their part. Do not go here!

Polite, thorough, and honest. Went here after Jiffy lube told me they could do oil change and coolant, but not check the systems I wanted looked at. Not only did Rodriguez Bros. give me an extremely thorough checkup - complete with a printout of detailed descriptions of everything they checked and its purpose, and everything that needed work including pictures of the exact damage - they caught two errors Jiffy Lube made, damaged oil plug and leaking coolant due to a broken cap! Was able to get refund from Jiffy Lube due to thorough documentation. Plus, they easily could have charged me for the services I was concerned about (checking water pump and belts), and if they'd said I needed those replaced I wouldnt have questioned it. They said those parts were working fine and only did work that was necessary. Price at Rodriguez Bros. was reasonable and work was fast. Brought it back one week later to complete one final thing I'd discussed with them, and they took care of it and had me out of there in 15 minutes. If you only speak English, like me, don't be intimidated! They were welcoming and professional, and even with a slight language barrier they will still take great care of you.

the place quoted me 27 dollars once i arrived they told me they made a mistake and for porsche they needed a sensor to measure oil top up even though it was just a quart. mechanic is a liar and i went to my usual mechanic they topped me off for 1 quart just for price of oil. porsche calibrates on its own. they were just trying to play me. please next time be honest and quote accurately

Great job, honest straight to the point also clear on their policy of the company. My vehicle came out perfect with no issues no needed to return. Very recommend not an issue with payments either.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Rodriguez Brothers Auto Services. I’ll be the first to admit I know absolutely nothing about cars and my oil change and Mercedes Service B were definitely past due. From the moment I brought my car in, they were extremely professional and communicative. They texted me clear invoices, made sure I approved every service before doing anything, and gave me the option to remove services I didn’t feel were necessary. Any time I had a question, they took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. That alone made me feel really comfortable and confident leaving my car with them. Pricing felt very fair, the turnaround time was quick, and overall the experience was stress free, which is rare when it comes to car maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends. If you’re looking for an honest, professional shop that actually communicates with you, this is the place.
